BOOKING TERMS + CONDITIONS

The Day Rate is based on an eight (8) consecutive hour day, including styling, reasonable breaks, and one (1) hour for lunch, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Two (2) hour minimum booking policy for fit, presentation, and hourly and four (4) hour minimum booking policy for print.

(1) Before 8:00 A.M. and after 5:00 P.M. if 8:00 A.M. start
(2) Before 9:00 A.M. and after 6:00 P.M. if 9:00 A.M. start
(3) Holidays

Are limited to the specific rights granted and may not be extended without negotiations.

All amounts due for services and license of use are subject to a service fee of twenty percent (20%).

Within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice, or earlier depending on location/terms of booking. Any use of Model or Talent’s name, likeness, performance or other identifying information is limited to the specific rights granted in the Booking Confirmation Form provided at time of booking. Any such use is unauthorized until payment is received in full.

(1) Within three (3) business days, full fee
(2) Within five (5) business days, half fee
(3) Greater than five (5) business days, half fee, which can be credited to future booking if rescheduled within twenty-four (24) hours of cancellation, otherwise half-fee

For same-day cancellation of Confirmed Bookings:

(1) Half-fee if services are rescheduled within twelve (12) hours of cancellation

(2) Full-fee if services are not rescheduled. Weather permit cancellations made earlier are subject to normal cancellation policy.

A Five Percent (5%) late charge per month from due date will be charged on all invoices not paid within thirty (30) days. Customer is responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in collecting any amounts due from Customer.

By agreeing to perform services procured by His Laboratory (“Services”), you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume any risk of exposure or infection which may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that such risk may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, His Laboratory, its employees, representatives and/or agents (“Releasees”) and voluntarily assume all risk and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself or others, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind that you may experience or incur in connection with your performance of the Services (“Claims”) and hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Releasees, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Releasees, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after your rendition of the Services.
